About The Chair

Q: Do you have the chair in different colour and material?
A: We only have them in a black spray-painted solid wooden frame or black powder-coated aluminium frame at the moment. Seat and backing come in the choice of black, natural cotton, burgundy and red for the wooden chair and only black for the aluminium chair.

Q: Does the chair requires assembly?
A: The chair comes flat packed and minimum assembly is required. A simple instruction sheet is included.

Q. Is the chair foldable?
A. Yes, for both chairs. For the wooden chair, an Allen Key (provided) is needed to unscrew the footrest in order for it to be folded while the aluminium chair is as easy as flipping the footrest up and the whole chair folds without unscrewing the footrest.

Q: Can I use the chair outdoor.
A: It is advisable to keep the chair for indoor use only.

Q: How do I take care for my chair
The footrest is to rest your foot on and should not be used as a stepping platform to get on and off the chair.
The chair should be cleaned with a damp cloth for any stains and avoid any harsh chemicals.


Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity for custom printing?
A: There is no minimum order quantity. We can print on just one chair.

Q: What is the turnaround time for the printing?
A: It takes about 3 – 5 working days. Please contact us for any urgent order.

Q: What type of printing are you using?
A: We use vinyl printing for all orders unless requested otherwise.

Q: What other types of printings do you offer?
A: We offer screen printing and embroidery as well. Screen printing is only recommended for order more than 10 chairs. For screen printing and embroidery, please contact us for a quote.

Q: How many colours can I have for printing?
A: For vinyl printing, you may have up to 4 colours in a single printing, no additional charges applied. Screen printing is quoted per colour per print as well as a setup fee.

Q: What is the difference between vinyl printing and screen printing?
A: Both styles of printing produce high-quality results. The type of printing used really depends on the size of the order, budget and requirements.

Vinyl is well suited for small runs (less than 10 chairs) and this is because the setup time is much quicker than that of screen printing. This doesn’t make it a faster overall method though, as every print still requires individual set up, which becomes too time-consuming beyond the 10 chair mark. Simple graphics work best with a vinyl-like text-based logo or basic shapes. Vinyl printed graphics should last for years under normal use.

As for screen printing, our minimum order quantity is 10 chairs, as it takes much longer to set up than vinyl not to mention more expensive too. Once the setup is finished though, nothing will need to change (as long as the design stays the same), making it much quicker to print larger orders. A detailed logo works better with screen printing with a wider gamut of colours to use. Screen printed graphics should last for years under normal use.

Q: How do I care for my printed backing?
- Do not dry clean
- Backing and seat should be cleaned with a damp cloth for any stain
- Avoid machine washing or any harsh chemicals

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Free delivery is applied to all orders with the exception of country and rural areas. These areas include but not limited to NT, TAS and some part of rural WA, QLD and SA. Please refer to Delivery Policy for full terms and conditions.

Q: Do you deliver outside of Australia?
A: Unfortunately we are only delivering within the country.

Q: Can I have the chair sent on Express Post?
A: Yes you can. Express Post to anywhere in the country or Same Day Delivery to NSW Metro options are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. You can make a note for that upon check out and we will call you with a quote after receiving your order or you can call us to place the order over the phone.

Q: Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
A: We are not allowing pick up at the moment. We could do a Same Day Delivery to NSW Metro area for an additional fee.

Q: I may not be at home during the time of delivery. What should I do?
A: You could give an Authority to Leave by leaving a note upon checking out that you wish for your item to be left at a safe place in your absence. Alternatively, if you do not wish to give the authority to leave your item at your premise, the driver will leave a card with instructions for collection.

Q: Which courier company do you use?
A: We use Australia Post as well as numerous courier companies like Star Track, Fast Way, Courier Please and TNT depending on locations.

Q: Can I choose which courier company to use?
A: Unless there is a specific reason for the request, we will assign the courier company depending on the cost and availability. A special request can be met with the condition that you will bear the additional charges applied to us.
