Free Shipping & Delivery Fees

Free delivery is applied to all orders with the exception of country and rural areas. These areas include but not limited to NT, TAS and some part of rural WA, QLD and SA. The free delivery; zero fee for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order.

In the situation where your address falls into any of the areas mentioned above, you will be contacted either via email or phone calls with the additional delivery charges. You reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not agree with the quoted delivery price and will be refunded in full.

All free delivery will be sent out via standard registered post with tracking. Express Post to anywhere in the country and Same Day Delivery to NSW Metro area options are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. Express Post delivery guarantee is with Australia Post or the assigned courier company.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 business days. Custom printing order requires an additional 3 – 5 working days. From time to time the delivery of your order might exceed our usual delivery window for many reasons. We try to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, you will be advised via phone call or email if we anticipate delays. You will receive an email from us with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Below is a guide for estimated delivery time. Note that it serves only as a guide and we are not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post or the assigned courier company.

During peak seasons like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, delivery times can vary due to the huge amounts of deliveries from Australia Post and courier companies.

Delivery methods & locations

We work with Australia Post as well as a number of courier companies. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process. A re-delivery fee is chargeable if the parcel is delivered to the wrong address given. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided will incur a re-posting fee. We will contact you via email or phone call to quote the charges.

We deliver to PO boxes. However if the delivery fee to your area is more economical for us to have it delivered via Courier, we will contact you for an alternative address. We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers.

Most of the deliveries are delivered by courier or Australia Post directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is present at the time of the delivery, a card will be left at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your nearest Australia Post outlet or contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery. You may give the “Authority to Leave” instruction upon check out and by doing so assuming all responsibilities towards damages, theft or loss after the delivery is complete.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with standard courier. In this case, you may choose to have an item delivered using your own courier and all insurance for loss or damage to the order caused by the delivery will be your sole responsibility. Product price will not be altered to compensate the cost of your own courier arrangement.

We are not accepting orders for international delivery at this time.

Damages and Lost in Transit

All deliveries are insured against loss and damages. A re-delivery or a refund can be arranged in the situation where the product is damaged or lost in transit. However, it is your responsibility to provide sufficient proof for the damage or loss as well as to work with the Australia Post or the assigned courier company to rectify the matter which includes filling out claim forms, providing details photographs and /or presenting the damage to the local Post Office when necessary.
